| The Animal sphere is usable only on burrowing mammals and any animals normally found in hills and mountains (including birds, reptiles) Ulaa is the wife of Blerred Shrines and churches are all in the hills and mountains, and roofed or underground. Services involve the low, resonant chanting and the rhythmic pounding of hammers on stone (with careful care to keep the sounds pleasing and musical) |

| Background | ||
| Ulaa, together with Obad-Hai and Tharizdun, is one of the elder gods of Oerth. She is thought to predate the Flannae empire of centuries past, though she was certainly revered by them during the times of the Suloise migration. Ulaa is most commonly worshipped by demi-humans or in mountainous areas now, and the dwarf tribes that worship her do not honor Moradin. This does not appear to concern Moradin, however, and the two gods are on good (if not amicable) terms with each other. Priests of Ulaa are only rarely adventurers, preferring to stay at their homes and protect them. Her worshippers are most commonly found in areas with significant humanoid and giant threats, and her priests are expected to lead their people into battle (when necessary), and to above all else to preserve faith in the face of adversity. |
