Background
Shargas is the patron of assassins, and the Death Moon and Night Killer tribes are among the only tribes that have orc (as well as half-orc) assassins and assassin/priests. Their philosophy is to take by night what cannot be taken by force. The tribes of Shargas often fight with poisoned weapons, and darker tactics as well (well poisonings and using seige engines to hurl rotting animals among them). They tend to break and flee in the press of combat, however -- they have no stomach for prolonged battle. The leaders of Shargas' tribes are nearly always assassins or assassin/priests. Half-orcs are held in high regard by Shargas.

Shargas toes the line in the Orcish pantheon -- his priests will not actively oppose the interests of Gruumsh or Ilneval, but they will seek to limit the influence of their priests. Priests of Luthic and in particular Yutrus are held in low regard, Shargas' tribes will not permit the worship of Yutrus.
