Background
Most suspect that Ralishaz originated with the Flannae pantheon, but no group of people wishes to acknowledge kinship with him. He is recognized, if not worshipped, in most civilized areas, and frequently invoked as a ward against ill-fortune. Though his name is rarely spoken, three extended fingers drawn across the arm is a universal symbol to protect against his attentions.

Ralishaz's priests are always protected from the more normal sorts of bad luck (but not spectacularly bad luck if they offend their deity). They are generally avoid except by the poor and destitute, who seek their blessings in hope of reversing their fortunes. It is unknown what, if any, agenda Ralishaz and his priesthood have.
