| Druids who worship Olidammara receive the standard druidical powers, not the powers listed above Olidammara has few churches, the ones that exist are in major cities His worship is usually conducted at small shrines All prayers to Olidammara must involve the consumption of wine, or other spirits if wine is unavailable Olidammara is still seeking good-natured revenge on Zagyg for the turtle incident |
||
| Background | ||
| Olidammara is one of the more eccentric of the of the Gods of Oerth. The Laughing Rogue is often involved in good-natured schemes involving the other gods (less good-natured for the more evil deities), with repercussions that can make life difficult for his faithful. He has few proper priests, but is held in high regard in almost all non-evil regions of the Flanaess. It is traditional to set a place for Olidammara at festive occasions, with wine and choice pieces of meat. It is said that these offerings are always gone by the night's end. Olidammara has been known to create mischief at festivals that fail to honor him, by turning the wine or even by animating the main course. Few large chapels of Olidammara exist in the Flanaess. The known churches are all in major cities, but smaller shrines are common in most areas. Two hostels are known to be run by the faithful of Olidammara, one is found in the Wild Coast, the other in the Kron Hills. Priests of the laughing rogue may often be found in these areas. |
