Notes
Boccob has very few active followers, and fewer priests
Worship for Boccob involve recitation of formulae and complex rituals
The Demigod Zagyg is a servant of Boccob, and is revered by Boccob's priests as well
The Supernatural Knowledge skill is treated as a 5-point NWP, it should give a solid chance to know obscure information about magic, extra-planar creatures, etc., as per the Ancient History skill
The access to Wizard spells is treated as a 25-point power, since it is markedly more limited than the "Priestly Wizard" 25-point power (only one spell per level, and spells must be acquired through a spell book), despite it not having limitations on which school of magic may be acquired. It should be charged at a higher rate for other priesthoods -- Boccob, as god of Magic, is a special case.
The eye-making skill is given free of charge, since normal priests may craft magic items as well (this is just a magic item limited to this religion)
As a Greater God, Boccob's priests are based on 140 points rather than the standard 120
