How to create a dial-up connection in Windows 9x, ME, 2000, and XP:1.Click on start and then "Run"
2.Type in inetwiz and click ok
3.Make sure that "Connect using my phone line" is selcted and click next
4.If you see a window asking you if you want to "Create a new connection" select that. If you don't see that screen, skip to step 5
5.In this window, un-check the box that says "use area code" (or something similar). Type the dial-up number in the telephone number box, and click next.
6.Type in your username (your CMC email address without "@cmc.net" after it) and password, and click next
7.Change the name of the connection to cmc.net and click next
